Body Conditioning
The purpose of the Repeated Effort is to increase the intensity level players experience when on the court playing a match. This is done by adhering to specific work and rest ratios, which serve to condition the body and build a player's mental fortitude as well as confidence in their ability to recover after an intense sequence of points.
Tennis players may benefit from repeated effort training, which is designed to make them more physically robust. This type of conditioning should only be used 1-2 times a week, with 6-8 weeks of preparation prior to a major tournament. To optimize the effects, the training cycle should last 2-4 weeks.
With over 20 years of experience teaching tennis, private lessons are available for players at all levels, ranging from beginner to professional. Moreover, classes are offered for kids, juniors, adults, and seniors. Each lesson is customized to the individual's needs in order to help develop a healthy lifestyle and elevate their fitness level. Satisfaction is guaranteed.
